The kitchen offers stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including a double wall oven, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, microwave, Keurig, and regular coffee makers. One king bedroom is available on this level, and features deck access, double sinks, a whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower. Step onto the open or covered east-facing decks to feel the warmth of sun on your skin as you look out onto the ocean. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The kitchen is well-appointed for meal prep, with ample dining space at either the island counter bar stools or one of two dining tables. A ground level rec room offers a Foosball table, additional large screen TV and a kitchenette. If needed, Sun King also provides a washer and dryer for guests. Outside, you’ll find ample deck space with a variety of seating options for sunbathing or star-gazing. Relax and refresh in the 16’x32’ swimming pool on warm summer days and enjoy the soothing bubbles of the hot tub on cooler days and nights.
