The theater seats 22 and offers a projection screen for late night movie viewing or watching the big game. The rec room features foosball, a pool table, arcade game with multiple games, a game table, two large flat screen TVs, and a stereo. Whip up some drinks at the wet bar that features bar seating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a fast making ice machine, a dishwasher, and plastic tableware to use for outdoor dining. The laundry room and half bath are also located on this floor.The private pool area offers a custom pool with built-in seating, two hot tubs, a 10x10 kiddie pool, poolside cabana with refrigerator, commercial icemaker, bar seating, sink, half bath, and 70" flat screen TV with a stereo. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Special Access Amenities: Ground floor queen offers a special access bedroom with roll-in shower, shower seat, roll-under sink, and grab bars. A ramp is available in the back of the home, from the ground level rec room entry to the pool area, and there is a concrete path from the front driveway to a gate that opens onto the pool area.
