Look out the vast windows and catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean staring at you. Feel free to open a window to catch some breezes off the beach. On this level, you will find a full, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, a half bathroom, and a comfortable great room with an electric fireplace. There is a dining table to enjoy a great meal together or play your favorite board games. There are two sitting areas on this level where you can enjoy pure relaxation. Venture out onto the outdoor deck and enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the outdoor sounds of the Outer Banks. Upstairs on the fourth level, you will find two additional King En Suites. There is a loft space here for more relaxation. For the game lovers, there is an arcade game on this level as well. When it is time to go to the beach, there is a private beach walkway for the entire oceanfront community to use. You will find bench seating and a gazebo as you walk towards the ocean. The view from the top of the steps never gets old. A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.
