The pool deck has an outside shower, storage area, and plenty of seating around the pool. The second level has a main bedroom with a private deck, another bedroom that shares a full bath with a room with a queen bedroom. The den has a queen sofa bed and a foosball table that gives the kids an area all their own. Deck access on this level leads out to the eight-person hot tub, a hammock, and a two-person hammock swing. On the top level, the bright and spacious great room is comfortably furnished and features a TV, a stereo, a gas fireplace, dining areas, a half bath, and an elevated ship’s watch stocked with games, puzzles, and books. The newly remodeled kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The main bedroom has a newly remodeled full bath with a walk-in shower, new cabinets and sinks, and a jetted tub. The gas grill and picnic table are located outside on the wraparound deck. You'll also have beach access just 40 yards away.
