This five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beautiful vacation home is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills along a quiet stretch of the beach only a few steps (35 yards) to the direct beach access at the end of Atlantic Street (crossing Virginia Dare Trail, Route 12). This beach access also provides lifeguards in the summer months. Atlantic View 1 Mullen is also within easy walking or biking distance to several local favorite restaurants. The top level provides spectacular views of the ocean and the hydraulic elevator makes unloading luggage, supplies, and groceries a snap!
