Looking for a bit more excitement? Well, the lower level has another living area with a smart TV and foosball table. A work desk and high-speed WiFi are ideal for remote work or online school. And don't forget to take advantage of the on-site amenities, including two outdoor pools (one of which is beachfront), a heated indoor pool, clubhouse, extensive exercise equipment facility, racquetball court, game room, locker rooms, sitting room, tennis courts, and a courtyard with a playground.
