The appliances, furniture, and bedding have been replaced and updated. Each mattress is memory foam except for the queen bedroom, which is pillow top. All bathrooms have been transformed into spa-like settings, with marble vanities, shiplap accents, plenty of lighting, and glass tile. The main living area and all common areas have hardwood floors, and new carpet has been installed in each bedroom (photos coming soon!) Please note, the top level additional living area has a split level AC/Heating unit.A private pool, private soundfront beach, beautiful landscaping, and multiple outdoor seating areas have been added.
