The first level of the house has a large game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks.
