Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed and a Intelligent TV and Bedroom #2 is furnished with two Twin Bunk beds. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom on this level. Level 2: As you make your way to the middle level, you will find bedrooms #3 and #4, both are Queen primary bedrooms each with Intelligent TVs and direct access to the covered canal-facing deck with a hot tub and screened porch. Access to the 6-person hot tub, decks, and screened porch can also be found off the hallway. You also have a convenient laundry closet in the hallway.Top Level: On the third level you are greeted by water vistas in all corners of the living area through the broad windows. The living area features plenty of seating for the entire family, a sizable flatscreen Intelligent TV, and access to the top-level sun decks. The chef's kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware that you might need to prepare your favorite meal, a breakfast bar that seats 3, and a dining area that seats 10. Step outside onto the canal-facing deck and you will find the gas grille, picnic table, and gorgeous sunset vistas. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
