A laundry room and half bath are centrally located. Movie buffs will flock to a vibrant private home theater room with tiered seating for ten, big-screen TV, and surround sound. Those with competitive spirits will gather in the oceanfront recreation room outfitted with ceramic tile floors, a billiard table, foosball, mounted flatscreen, and a bar with sink, refrigerator, microwave, second mounted flatscreen TV, and bar seating for five. Rec room doors open to a host of elaborate outdoor amenities. A sparkling custom saltwater pool and a bubbling hot tub are the focal point. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.
