The 55” smart TV is provided with Spectrum for local TV/cable programming and is ready for you to login to your favorite streaming apps through Roku. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you could need including a toaster oven, large coffee maker, a Keurig machine, instant hot water pot, and a commercial ice maker.
