The house is just a five-minute walk to Buxton's best fishing, sunning, and surfing beaches. With just a short drive south, you can take the ferry to Ocracoke Island and all it has to offer, and there are additional fishing opportunities at fabled Hatteras Point. The house has good concrete parking and a one-and-a-half car garage with a washer/dryer and a fish freezer. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a nice entertainment system anchored by a large flatscreen TV, plus a DVD/Blu-ray player. The updated kitchen has all the right equipment for producing perfect meals for the nearby dining area. The first bedroom has a TV and a private bath located on the ground level.
