As the name of the house suggests, this four-bedroom home is only 30 steps to the beach access! Steps to the Beach is located in the Crown Point community. Staying in this community allows the use of the private community pool, tennis courts/pickleball courts, and three accesses to the wonderfully wide beaches of Corolla. You will be close to shopping at Monterey Plaza and Timbuck II shopping centers, dining, and entertainment. If history is your interest, it is a short driving distance to the historic Whalehead Club as well as the Currituck Lighthouse. The golfers of the group can enjoy the stunning course at the Currituck Club. If you own a 4x4 vehicle, you can drive a little north and get on the 4x4 beach in hopes of getting a glimpse of the magnificent wild mustangs that roam up there. No 4x4? No worries! Reserve yourself a spot on the wild horse tour. The second level of the house offers a King En Suite, as well as a Queen bedroom, Twin-bunk and Pyramid bunk set bedroom with a shared Full Bathroom. This level also includes a large hot tub and hammock outside on the deck where you can relax while listening to the sounds of the ocean and feel the salty breezes on your skin. On the third level, you will find a remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bathroom. The living room contains a fireplace for a cozy experience during the off-season. Or hang out in the comfort of the Carolina Room which also contains a queen sleeper sofa. Picture yourself in this bright room reading your favorite novel or having private conversations with your friends and family. Rounding out this level is the laundry room and a garage for extra storage. Mid Level: This floor offers four bedrooms. First, there is a main bedroom with 2 Singles, a loveseat and TV. There is a handicapped friendly King main bedroom with TV/DVD and a slider to access the outside deck. The bathroom has grab bars in the shower, a roll-under vanity and wide entry doors. You will also find an extra-large kid's suite offering a Queen and 2 Bunk Sets with a TV and sofa bed. This room also has deck access through a sliding glass door and shares a full bath with a room with 2 Queens and TV. Top Level: Here you will find an open floor plan featuring a great room with TV/DVD and stereo. The great room offers comfy seating and a slider to access the top level decks with ocean views. The kitchen and dining areas are found on this level as well. Step up to the loft on the west side of the house for some quiet time, perfect for reading. There is also a King main bedroom with TV/DVD, hardwood floors and a double vanity. Rounding out this level is a half bath located just off the great room.
