We had 18 people (half kids, half adults - mix from 2 month old to grandparent) and the house never felt crowded. Plenty of seating outside as well. Everything was clean and neat and we loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and the two dishwashers came in handy. It would have been nice to have had an extra garbage can or two, not sure if that is an option, but they were full from the previous tenant when we arrived (realtor did arrange to have some of it picked up so we would have more space).
