The king bedroom provides two walk-in closets, two cozy armchairs, direct access to the sun deck, and a large private bathroom with dual vanities, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. TVs: The great room TV has a cable box for cable TV access, and all others have the Spectrum app for cable access as well as access to streaming access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (guests use own logins).EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool.
