Sparrow’s Rest is a charming updated 3 bedroom cottage in Duck, North Carolina. The interior space is tastefully decorated and offers a light, bright and spacious layout. Also available, for a fee, is use of the Sanderling Community tennis courts. A private Sanderling soundside dock access is located immediately across the Duck Road from the house, tucked away behind the Sanderling neighborhood sign.
