The top floor showcases an open floor plan that allows the entire group to be together for meals and to catch up on the day's happenings. Located only a short distance north of the heart of Duck, you're close to all the restaurants, boutiques, shops, and sightseeing that Duck has to offer. On the east side of the house is a private walkway to the beach that includes a dune deck with built-in seating. A sand path leads past the dune deck down to the beach. When you're coming back off the beach for the day, you can rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower that is located under the house as well.
