Three king suites are available on this level, all with private baths. The poolside king bedroom has large windows that overlook the outdoor area. A rec room provides shuffleboard, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an icemaker, a microwave, and a sink, and cozy sofa seating around a large mounted Smart TV. The kids room has two full size arcade games! Doors open from the rec room to the backyard, which offers an incredible array of outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or find some shade under the covered cabana with sitting area and Smart TV. Stairs lead up and over the dunes to the water's edge via a walkway shared with the house next door. Each home has its own private dune top gazebo. There are two grills and an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads.
