Distinctive cabinets and countertops allow for efficient storage and prep areas. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, 6-burner range, double ovens, microwave, and two dishwashers. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. The kitchen has casual bar seating for four, a breakfast nook offers a 4-person table, and an ocean view dining area features an elegant dining table for twelve guests. A half bath is centrally located. A bedroom rounds out this level, providing a king size bed, armchair, flat screen TV, and bath with a dual sink vanity, custom tile shower, and soaking tub with tile surround.
