There is plenty of room for cooking up delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with walk in pantry along with island seating for six. There are two dining tables here, one with 14 seats and another with 12 seats. Grab a drink at the custom built boat bar with seating for 6. For more relaxation, check out the separate seating area with ocean views. In the morning, grab your coffee and head out to one of the two covered decks, one of which is oceanfront, and enjoy an amazing sunrise. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom up here and elevator access. The question of the day will be Who gets to Sleep in the Grand King En Suite (sitting area with fireplace, walk-in closet, and grand bathtub) that has deck access? No cats or other animals. Heated Pool: Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No pets allowed in pools. Event Home: Host your special event at Solara with prior approval, an Event Addendum, and a $2,500 event fee. Contact Guest Services for details.
