South Beach Park features panoramic views of the ocean, park, and sound from its living areas. You'll have a huge kitchen with two cooktops, two dishwashers, two sinks, a double oven, an island prep and cooking area, and granite countertops with a breakfast bar! South Beach boasts a pristine, gorgeous beach which is a short walk from the house (less than five minutes). There is also community access to the beach from a general-use boardwalk (about 500-feet long over private dunes) to an unbelievably long, wide, and secluded beach.
